WASTE liquid and oil TANKER SOLUTIONS BUILT FOR AUSTRALIAn industry

WASTE LIQUID & OIL TANKER SOLUTIONS

Waste liquid and oil collection places unique demands on tanker equipment. Product viscosity, contamination, multiple collection points and varying discharge requirements all require equipment engineered specifically for the task.

ATE designs and manufactures tankers for waste liquid and oil tankers for Dangerous Goods and non-Dangerous Goods applications. Every tanker is built around your operation, incorporating the pumping, filtration and ancillary systems required to maximise efficiency, reliability and operator safety.

Whether servicing workshops, industrial facilities, mining operations, shipyards or waste recovery networks, ATE delivers tanker solutions engineered for long service life and dependable performance.

WASTE LIQUID AND OIL TANKER CONFIGURATIONS

purpose-built configurations

Waste liquid and oil tankers are designed around the product being transported, the collection method and the required transfer equipment. ATE works with customers to specify the tank configuration, pumping system and ancillary equipment required for each application, ensuring the finished tanker integrates seamlessly into existing operations.

WASTE LQUID AND OIL TANKER FLEET SPOTLIGHT

fleet spotlight

ATE partnered with Cleanaway to design and manufacture a fleet of purpose-built waste fuel and oil rigid, semi-trailer and dog trailer tankers tailored to the operational requirements of one of Australia’s leading waste management companies.  The project included multiple configurations designed to deliver consistency across the fleet while allowing each tanker to be configured for its intended application.

PROJECT HIGHLIGHTS

  • Multiple builds engineered and manufactured within a 6-month timeframe.
  • 100% Australian Made with all barrels and running gear manufactured in ATE’s Melbourne facility.
  • ATE installed safety systems to limit the need for the operator to work at heights and prevent overfill.  Features included electronic dipsticks with displays at ground level and pneumatic overfill protection systems to prevent product overfill.

Waste Fuel Semi-Trailer Tankers

35kl barrel mounted on a trial axle semi-trailer. Dangerous Goods certified for waste fuel handling.

Waste Oil Rigid Tankers

14kl barrel mounted on three different cab chassis variants including a ROPs variant. Each tanker was fitted pumping system for efficient loading and offloading of waste oil products.

Waste Oil Dog Trailers

Multiple Dog Trailers. 25KL barrel on 4-axle dog trailer tankers. 41KL barrel on 6-axle trailer tankers.
