ROAD TANKER SPECIALIST TESTING AND DIAGNOSITCS
specialist TESTING AND DIAGNOSTIC services
Routine inspections provide valuable information. Specialist testing provides a deeper understanding of equipment condition.
ATE utilises dedicated testing and diagnostic equipment to assess braking performance, suspension condition and electronic braking systems as part of our broader maintenance and servicing capability.
Roller Brake Testing
Roller brake testing measures braking force, efficiency, imbalance and binding to verify compliance with ADR 38 and annual inspection requirements.
Suspension Testing
ATE's heavy-duty suspension shaker tester identifies wear and movement within suspension, steering and axle components that may not be evident during routine inspections.
Brake EOL Testing
Modern braking systems rely on electronic control units to actuate brakes and monitor braking system health. ATE technicians perform diagnostic tests across a wide range of ABS and EBS braking systems to resolve braking faults and maintain safe and efficient braking performance.
Trailer Wheel Alignments
Misaligned wheels accelerate tire wear increasing operational costs. Our precision heavy-duty truck wheel alignment service ensures your vehicle runs straight, smooth, and efficiently.
