ATE manufactures purpose-built tallow tankers designed to maintain product temperature throughout transport, ensuring efficient unloading at the delivery point. Each tanker is engineered to suit the product, transport route and logistic requirements, with integrated insulation and heating systems to maintain product viscosity.
Manufactured using insulated stainless steel barrel construction, ATE tallow tankers are available with hot water heating or electric blanket heating systems and can be configured for a range of fleet applications.

Tallow solidifies at ambient temperature which presents a challenge when loading, transporting and unloading tallow product. Tallow is loaded into road tanker as a viscous heated product. The road tanker must maintain the tallow in a viscous heated state by insulating and heating the tallow during the transport cycle.
ATE’s engineering team studies each logistic requirement to determine the road tankers insulation and heating system requirements to ensure the road tanker is custom built to do the job right.
